Devout Hindus strongly oppose to release of film ‘Lal Kaptan’
Vishakhapattanam (Andhra Pradesh) : Naga Sadhus have been disgracefully ridiculed in upcoming film ‘Lal Kaptan’. Naga Sadhus known for their great work for protection of Hindu Dharma are being defamed through medium of this film. This film should not therefore, be allowed to be released, was the demand made during demonstrations staged in front of Municipal Corporation’s building at Vishakhapattanam and in front of District Collector’s office at Indur in Andhra Pradesh under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’. The other demands made were to prevent attacks on ‘Gou-rakshaks’ and to implement law banning cow-slaughter throughout the country. The demonstrations were staged on behalf of HJS and other like-minded organizations.
At Vishakhapattanam – Many devout Hindus from VHP, Shiva Shakti, Shriram Sena, Sanatan Sanstha, along with Shri Lokeshwarananda Swami At Indur – 5 organizations participated in demonstrations. Despite rains, many devout Hindu activists participated in demonstrations carrying their umbrellas

It was raining before start of demonstrations. It, however, stopped raining during two hours of demonstrations and it started again after demonstrations.
