Stringent action should be taken against people who are playing with human life by adulteration of milk ! – Kapil Chaudhari, Swadeshi Vikas Manch

News regarding large-scale milk-adulteration is published in many newspapers. Two lakh litres of water is mixed with milk everyday in Maharashtra; therefore, consumers do not get good quality milk. Every day, 1.15 crore litres milk is collected in Maharashtra. Glycerin is mixed in milk to increase fat content in milk. Things like ‘vanaspati ghee’, starch, urea, glucose, malt dextrin, milk powder, cellulose, edible oil, detergent powder etc are added to milk causing adulteration. This is like playing with human life and persons responsible for the same should be stringently punished.

Shri. Satish Bagul of HJS said that stern action should be taken against petrol-pumps for cheating consumers by filling petrol-diesel through pipes which are not transparent; so, law should be passed for using transparent pipes for filling fuel, stated Shri. Satish Bagul of HJS. Dr. Narendra Patil of HJS also expressed his views on the occasion.
