Heinous act of Kerala CPM State Secretary defaming Swami Chidananapuri

Criticism of respected Swami Chidanandapuri of Kolathur Asramam, Calicut by Kerala CPM State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, showing doubts in His being a sanyasi, is again an attack on Hindu Dharma and its religious leaders.

Kerala has been facing attack on Hindu traditions, temples, leaders and sanyasis since many decades by anti-Hindus and atheists. But in past few months Hindus showed their strength by unitedly standing for protection of age old traditions of Sabarimala. This was due to the strong support of spiritual leaders like Swami Chidanandapuri. Swamiji spearheaded the movement by being the patron of Sabarimala Karma Samithi.

The history of Bharat has many examples that show that spiritual leaders take the work of reinstating of Dharma whenever adharma increases. And this exactly is what Swamiji is doing.

The CPM State Secretary, by saying that Swami is doing poisonous religious campaigning, has hurt the sentiments of lakhs of Hindus, who respect and follow the words of respected Swami Chidanandapuri. Will Kodiyeri Balakrishnan dare to criticise any Maulvi or Bishop? His criticism has hurt the sentiments of thousands of Hindus.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti strongly opposes this criticism of Swamiji. It is a condemnable act not only against sanyasis but against Hindu Dharma as a whole.
