Representation submitted to regional officer at Bhusaval demanding action against Directors of Hindustan Unilever Company  

Devout Hindus handing over representation to regional officer Shrikumar Chinchkar at Bhusaval

Jalgaon : Hindustan Unilever Company has once again purposely insulted Hindus on the occasion of their festival through advertisement of its ‘Surf Excel’ product, on the occasion of ‘Rang-panchami’; therefore, case should be filed against the Directors of this Company under section 295-A and 153-A of Indian Penal Code. Ban should be immediately imposed on telecast of its advertisement since it can lead to creation of communal disharmony. Representation with the above demand was submitted to regional officer Shrikumar Chinchkar at Bhusaval by activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and ‘Gou-premi Parivar’.
