HJS joins ‘Durga-study’ drive in connection with Panhala Fort undertaken by ‘Shivapratishthan Hindustan’ !

‘Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’s ‘Dharkari’ participate in ‘Panhala Durg study’ drive

Panhala (Dist. Kolhapur) :  On 17th March, ‘Durg-Abhyas’ drive was undertaken at Panhala by ‘Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’ on the occasion of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s martyr month. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) participated in this drive. Shri. Anadrao Kashid, a descendant of ‘Veer’ Shiva Kashid explained the history of Panhalgad and other historical places. Shri. Prasad Kulkarni of HJS gave information on the importance of festivals like ‘Holi’, ‘Rang-panchami’ and ‘Gudhi Padava’; so also on prevention of wrong things happening during the celebration of these festivals. He gave handbills and posters on the subject. The program was concluded with ‘Dhyeya-mantra’.

30 ‘Dharkaris’ were present on the occasion, including devout Hindus like Shri. Krushnat Chougule, Shri. Ulhas Patil of ‘Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’ from Alwe; Shri. Pravin Patil, Shri. Rohit Patil and Shri. Rajwardhan Patil from Tirapan; Shri. Suryaji Morbale from Nipani, Shri. Suraj Patil form Topa; Shri. Chetan Chavan from Shiroli; Shri. Sharad Khurd from Battisashirala (Dist. Sangli), Shri. Rohit Sutar from Korochi.
