Activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and other pro-Hindu organizations submitted a representation at the office of Dy. District Collector on 12th March against Hindustan Unilever Company which was received by Office Superintendent, Sou. Lata Kanade.
Shri. Ajay Khot of HJS explained how Hindustan Unilever was telecasting anti-Hindu advertisements on the occasion of Hindus’ festivals like Shri Ganesh Jayanti, Navaratri, Kumbh-Mela and Holi etc. Shri. Santosh Dhotre and Shri. Rahul Chutake, activists of pro-Hindu organizations were present on the occasion.

Advertisements made for most of the products of Hindustan Unilever Company hurt religious sentiments of Hindus and telecast of such provoking advertisements should be stopped; case should be filed against the concerned persons. The above demands were made through representation submitted to Dy. District Collector, Shri. Santosh Venikar at Nanded by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). Devout Hindus viz. Shri. Birbal Yadav, Shri. Gautam Jain, Shri. Ganesh Kokulwar, Shri. Ganesh Fulari, Shri. Gajanan Gadewar, Shri. Sanjay Botkulwar, Shri. Santosh Pampdwar and members of HJS viz. Shri. Uday Badgujar, Shri. Manohar Deshpande besides Sou. Raghojiwar were present on the occasion.
