Hindu unification is required for protection of religious traditions : Nagesh Joshi, HJS

‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Sabha’ held at Nigade (Dist. Pune) !

Nigade (Tal. Mawal, Dist. Pune) : Few progressive women activists tried to break, taking refuge under Court’s orders, religious customs and traditions observed at Shani Temple of ShaniShinganapur and at Shri Ayyappa Swami Mandir of Sabarimala but local women residents and devotees are not at all in favour of breaking such religious customs and traditions. Such things are happening only in case of Hindus’ temples. Hindu unification is therefore, necessary for protection of religious traditions, stated Shri. Nagesh Joshi of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) during ‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Sabha’ held on 25th November on the ground near Bhairavnath Temple that was organized by HJS and local residents. About 70 devout Hindus attended the ‘sabha’. In a review meeting held after the ‘sabha’, it was decided to hold ‘Dharmashikshan’ class once in every month.

Highlights

1. Shri. Jalindar Tharakude, a local resident joined ‘prasar’ of the ‘sabha’ for whole day, keeping all his personal work aside.

2. Dy. Sarpanch Shri. Ramdas Chavan had joined the preparations of the ‘sabha’.

3. Shri. Vilas Pundale, devout Hindu originally from Nigade but presently staying at Panvel, came to his village for 2 days especially for ‘prasar’ of the ‘sabha’.
