Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Nanded

Promote indigenous products, use earthen lamps and boycott Chinese lamps : Demand by patriots

Nanded : Sale of Chinese products is growing in India including increase in sale of crackers and lamps; therefore, people should promote indigenous products by purchasing indigenous earthen lamps. The above appeal was made during demonstrations recently staged under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ by participating devout citizens. 25 devout Hindus, including Shri. Ganesh Kokulwar of ‘Vishwa Hindu Parishad’, Shri. Akashay Patil of Bajarang Dal, Shri. Shiva Kailas Kunturkar of Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti and members of Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) participated in the demonstrations; majority among them being women.

Unanimous demands made by Shri. Vaibhav Aphale of HJS on behalf of all devout Hindus-

1. Decision taken by Railway Department to impose surcharge on tickets for going to forthcoming ‘Kumbh-Mela’ at Prayag is injustice and discriminatory besides hurting Hindus’ religious sentiments; therefore, it should be immediately cancelled.

2. For controlling many immoral and illegal things like gambling, drug trafficking, human trafficking etc, ban should be imposed on websites running ‘on line’ prostitution trade.

3. Inquiry should be conducted into operations of all churches and missionary organizations considering the prevailing sexual exploitation and cases of rapes.
