Nanded : On 27th May, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti  Sabha (sabha)’ at Nava Mondha Maidan of Nanded, the land sanctified by Guru Govind Singh with his stay. On the eve of the ‘sabha’ i.e. on 26th May, it started raining with gusty winds around 11-11.30 p.m. which resulted in falling of electric poles, bamboos, curtains etc on the ground where the ‘sabha’ was to be held. Seating arrangements were made on the ground by neatly spreading mats and fitting them with the help of iron nails but the strong wind put everything in disorder; however, all devout Hindus  and activists of HJS were not deterred with the problem and they made all the arrangements again, working with unity and with lot of enthusiasm. Their efforts, God’s grace and Saints’ blessings helped in completing all arrangements in time for holding the ‘sabha’ successfully.

Arrangements made on 26th May in the evening at 7.00 p.m.

Shri. T. Rajasingh, MLA elected from Bhagyanagar and a staunch ‘Hindutvavadi’, Sanatan Sanstha’s Sadguru Nandkumar Jadhav, Shri. Sunil Ghanavat, State Coordinator of HJS for Maharashtra and Kum. Rageshree Deshpande of ‘Ranaragini’ Division kindled spark of ‘Dharma-chetana’ through their brilliant speeches.

Security guards not caring for own safety while protecting saffron flags !

Condition of the ground after hit by rain with strong wind

A huge saffron flag was hoisted in the centre of this ground. It was about to fall due to gusty wind and rains but security guards on duty at that time viz. Shri. Vijay Bemewar, Shri. Pundalik Rakewar, Shri. Rajesh Thakur and Shri. Jadhav held it on their shoulders and prevented its falling. Later, seekers reached the ground and all of them erected the flag again. (Congratulations to devout security guards who worked hard despite stormy rains so that the flag didn’t fall down ! – Editor)
