Ideal Holi celebrated by Sahyadrinagar Ganeshotsav Mitra Mandal in Bhandup

Mumbai : Sahyadrinagar Ganeshotsav Mitra Mandal in Bhandup (W) celebrated Holi on 1st March. They also organised HJS lecture to create awareness about the nation and Dharma. Shri. Sachin Ghag explained the Dharma shastra (spiritual science) behind celebrating Holi. Shri. Ghag said that presently many wrong practices like, extortion of money in the name of Holi celebration, using chemical colours, gutter water, eggs thrown on people, teasing ladies, dancing under the influence of intoxicated drinks etc. have been observed. 30 Dharmapremi volunteers of the mandal were present on the occasion.

Sahyadrinagar Ganeshotsav Mitra Mandal celebrate festivals with spiritual emotion due to knowing their spiritual and religious importance from HJS volunteers. They gave the credit of this to HJS and they thanked the volunteers for their support.

On this occasion Shri Sachin Ghag informed the gathering about the corruption of Siddhivinayak temple Trust and explained to them the work done by the anti-corruption committee of Siddhivinayak temple Trust. Hearing this Shri. Satish Gaokar, the president of Sahyadrinagar Ganeshotsav Mitra Mandal told, “I will send a letter of protest on the letterhead of the Mandal to the Govt.”
