Arrest Jignesh Mevani and Umar Khalid who are responsible for inciting the riots : HJS

Hang those who killed the youth for wearing a jacket with a picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj !

In the riots occurred on the occasion of ‘victory day’ of British at Bhima-Koregaon, a youth Rahul Pathangade was brutally killed. According to the reports appearing in the media, Patahngade, who had no role in the riot was killed just because he was wearing a jacket bearing a picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Why the Police suppressed this news ? The incident of murder of an individual taking place in Maharashtra because of donning a jacket bearing a picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is very unfortunate. The incident has hurt the emotions of all followers of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Maharashtra. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti strongly protests against the killing and demands that those committing the brutal killing should be arrested and punished with hanging. The Sanghatak of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for Maharashtra Mr. Sunil Ghanvat said that Samiti will follow up the case in lawful manner till the killers are hanged.

About 4 years ago, a youth Mohsin Shaikh was killed in Pune. So far, nothing is proved as to who has committed the crime. Still, the Chief of Hindu Rashtra Sena Mr. Dhananjay Desai is incarcerated for last 4 years. Why are Umar Khalid and the newly-elected MLA from Gujarat Jignesh Mevani, who incited yesterday’s riots and made provocative speeches of fighting a war by taking to streets roaming freely ? It is necessary to investigate to whom belong the ‘invisible hands’ involved in arranging the public speeches of Umar Khalid, who shouted slogan ‘India will break in pieces’ and is facing a case under treason, and Jignesh Mevani, in Pune ? Hindu Janajagruti Samiti demands that the State Government should hold an inquiry to find out whether a pre-planned conspiracy is hatched to disturb communal harmony in the State.
