Exhibition on revolutionaries held by ‘Shri Shivaswarajya Sanvardhan Pratishthan’

Mumbai : ‘Shri Shivaswarajya Sanvardhan Pratishthan’, Vikhroli has organized an exhibition of models of forts; with the objective of creating awareness amongst youth towards God, country and Dharma and for preservation of our forts. It is the fifth year of holding such exhibition on the occasion of Diwali Festival. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has also held exhibition, at the same venue, displaying flex-boards giving information on life history of revolutionaries and great national leaders. A competition was held for children on drawing forts and the winners were presented prizes by dignitaries.

Procession of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s ‘palakhi’

On 21st October, on the day of ‘Bhaubeej’, procession was taken out between 5.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. in whole area carrying ‘palakhi’ of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Local citizens joined the procession in large number.
