Panun Kashmir launches its Website

Panun Kashmir launched its much awaited Website in the Youth Workshop conducted at Jammu today. The function was presided over by Shri Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, President, Panun Kashmir. Shri Ashok Kaul, General Secretary (Org.) BJP was the chief guest on the occasion while Shri Rajesh Gupta, MLA, Jammu East was the guest of honour.  Shri Virender Raina, National Spokesperson-PK presented the welcome address and also conducted the proceedings of the programme.  Shri Sameer Bhat, Convener and Kalhan Kachroo, Secretary respectively of Panun Kashmir Youth presented briefs on behalf of the youth of the community. Shri Ashok Kaul, Shri Rajesh Gupta and Shri H.N.Jattu, senior leader of the KP community launched the coveted website by pressing the Launch Button on the computer thereby loading the screen with the Website image instantly. The Website address is www.panunkashmir.info and is available for vista with immediate effect. It is duly connected with the facebook, twitter and Youtube as well.

Shri Virender Raina, National Spokesperson-PK in his welcome address gave a brief account of the importance for a website in the current context. He said that it was a long pending demand of the people at large that there should be a credible website of Panun Kashmir duly controlled in India. Panun Kashmir has been working to this end for the last one year and a lot of information is available on the site which will be useful for those who visit the site. There dynamic mode available in the website makes the website user friendly.

Shri Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, President, Panun Kashmir made a detailed presentation of the Website and its features. He in his address said that Panun Kashmir is guided by the nationalist ideology and the concerns of the Kashmiri Pandit community are always on priority. We are engaged in a battle of ideas and the narrative that we have been able to highlight has assumed the required currency. Our narrative has been recognized and treated as the narrative of the nation in regard to the Kashmir situation. We have been able to take this fight to the global level because of our efforts and commitment and the support that our friends have provided to us over the last three decades. We will continue the mission with a renewed zeal and will make the website our frontline platforms to take our struggle in exile to its logical conclusion. He was highly appreciative of the role played by Shri Vivek Ogra and Shri Chirag Bavsar of Ahmadabad for their role in designing and formulating the Website. He also expressed his gratitude to Sardar KCS Mehta and Shri Hemant Bakshi for their technical support.

Shri Rajesh Gupta, MLA-Jammu East congratulated Panun Kashmir for launching the website and said that the leadership of Panun Kashmir is engaged in a yeoman’s job so far as the  struggle of the nationalist constituency in Jammu and Kashmir is concerned. He has great admiration for the Kashmiri Pandit community and its leadership for its role in the struggle in exile. The activists of Panun Kashmir are always in the frontline of the struggle and they have taken their struggle to the world platforms with their intellectual expertise and deep dedication to the cause. “I stand committed to the exiled community and Panun Kashmir and would request them also to espouse the Jammu cause as well through the Website”.

Shri Ashok Kaul, General Secretary (Org) of the Pradesh Bhartiya Janata Party in his concluding remarks expressed his satisfaction that Panun Kashmir under the leadership of Ashwani Chrungoo has done marvels in context of the nationalist cause in the J&K state. What BJP would like to say and do regarding Kashmir imbroglio has been efficiently and diligently done by Panun Kashmir with the required finesse. Their approach towards the Kashmir Pandit displacement issue has an enlarged outlook and therefore their leadership has also been successful in making the successful dent wherever required. The World Wide Web duly designed, controlled and managed in India speaks very high of the vision that the PK leadership has evolved over the years. While we are happy that the website has been launched it adds more responsibilities upon us to counter the campaign to deface the history of Kashmir. The Website is an accurate instrument to take our view to the world. BJP stands always with the cause of the displaced community and we reiterate our resolve boldly in this connection.
