When is the Govt. going to speak in favour of Hindus ? : Sharad Ponkshe

‘Few people unnecessarily feel that we are against Modi. I have addressed 40 rallies for his election campaign; but time is running out; therefore, I am presenting my views.

PM Modi is working for 24 hours; improving relations with other countries; bringing business to this country; celebrating ‘Yoga Day’; declaring this country as secular; striving hard to get elected in State and municipality elections; doesn’t use his connections for appointment of his relatives nor is he corrupt.

All this is true but still there is another side to it. Main problems of this country are totally different.

  • The first and foremost – Huge population ! It cannot be solved without passing Uniform Civil Code.
  • Project joining rivers – Famine will not end till then.
  • Eliminate agents – Farmers’ suicides will not stop till then.
  • Stop all relations with Pakistan as an enemy ! – Till then terrorist activities will not be controlled.
  • What is the use of going round the world and increasing trade?
  • What is the use of ‘Bullet Train’ ?
  • What is the use of ‘Shine India’ ?
  • What is the use of ‘Smart cities’ ?

Will we expect Sachin Tendulkar to score good runs and win match or expect it from Harbhajan Singh ? Time is running out. Half year of 2017 and full year of 2018 is left; then elections ! Every time, there is no guarantee of winning 282 seats; then there will be ‘alliance’; ‘common agenda’. Will there be clear talk in favour of 80% Hindus ? Or will there be beating of usual drums of so-called secularism ?’

  1. Modi has lost his way. Maybe he has been bought or scared into his present state or both. Either way he is a disgrace at this point. We must look for a PM that has a a moral code and guts to carry out what is promised.
