The only country in the world which allows tension to mount in anticipation of a court verdict

Mangaon (Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra): The Allahabad High Court was to pass a verdict in case of ‘Ram-janma-bhoomi’ and Babri mosque at Ayodhya on 24th September which could have led to law and order problem in the country. Police Inspector Vinod Chavan of Mangaon police station issued a notice under clause 149 of Criminal Procedure Code to a activist of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) from Utekhol, taluka Mangaon in this context. (Rather than rioting Muslims, the direction-less police issue notice to HJS activists who are engaged in creating awareness towards Dharma in lawful manner ! – Editor SP)

It has been mentioned in the notice that there was a strong possibility of he and his associates creating law and order problem within Mangaon police station’s limit after the Court verdict, by staging agitations, rallies etc. (HJS has always carried out its every agitation in a peaceful and lawful manner; even then the anti-Hindu prejudiced police are accusing HJS activists as if they are hardcore criminals and issuing notices to them ! – Editor SP) “The possibility of serious crimes cannot be ruled out. You may therefore, see that law is abided and you or your associates should not misbehave. The notice has been taken out to impress upon Hindus to avoid any illegal action,” says the notice.
