Khed (Maharashtra):
In an official declaration submitted by Maharashtra Government to the Central Government, it has been mentioned that Shivaji Maharaj murdered Afzal Khan. Chhatrapati is termed as treacherous and the revolutionaries as terrorists. The Government is trying to change history under the guise of secularism. This is a conspiracy of the Government to attack Hindus by destroying their true history and traditions. The above statement was made by Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat. He addressed the ‘Hindu unity meet’ held at Mr. D. G. Tatkare Hall in the Taluka. The program began with lighting of lamp by Mr. Mihirranjan Dhar of Asaram Bapu Sect and H. B. P. Rajaram Tambat. Mr. Ramesh Shinde was felicitated by Mr. Sunil Shinde, the President of  ‘Hinduraj Mitramandal’. The program was compeered by Mr. Subhash Kulye. About 175 devout Hindus attended the program.

Mr. Shinde said further, “There is opposition to celebrate coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on Raigad. Here, we are not allowed to display a picture depicting the scene of slaying of Afzal Khan ; then where do we display this picture, in Pakistan? There is opposition to erect the memorial of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. It is necessary to unite against all such attacks. There is another danger looming large over Hindus and it is ‘love jihad’; as under this, 30 Hindu girls in Nagar District whereas 30,000 Hindu girls in Karnataka State have been converted. Hindu girls are first drawn in the net of love and converted to ‘Islam’. Hindus should keep Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as their ideal to oppose such ploys. Those who are against ‘Vande Mataram’ are treated as patriots in this country. The laws and education system devised by Lord Macaulay are still in use.  History is being changed to convert India into a Christian country. Our Dharma and traditions are supreme; therefore, Dharma needs to be understood. When we learn about matters related to our Dharma, reverence towards Dharma will be generated among us and we can face any calamity.”

Special feature – Master Kuber Chindak, Master Radheya Pashte and Master Chirag  Angane presented a ballad on the topic of ‘Killing of Afzal Khan in the program.

Mr. Mihir Ranjan Dhar: ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ is a kind of Bhavani Sword for Hindus. Every Hindu must read ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ since it is dedicated to create awareness among people towards Dharma as also for its protection.
