A Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha was held at Guda Chutara in Rajasthan on 12th October 2009. Mr. Harisingh, President of the Gudakalanke Sojat Marwad Rajput Sabha contributed  a great deal towards success of this Sabha. Despite being 67 years old his enthusiasm and participation in arranging this Dharmasabha was commendable, putting youngsters to shame. He was continuously with the Samiti members propagating about the Dharmasabha. On the day of the Sabha the role played by him was akin to a father on his daughter’s wedding day, displaying virtues of total involvement in the programme, promptness and vigilance. He would usher in every guest with honour. He also provided seekers with meals and went to the extent of serving them personally. He left the venue only after all the chores there had been completed.

Reactions

1. Dr. Srilalji, District Sanghachalak (Administrator) :  The speakers have indulged in a detailed discussion on the prevailing situation of the Hindu society  and the crises it is facing thus creating social awareness. This is praiseworthy. Hindu society is getting entangled in blind faith and selfish motives and is losing its radiance because communities, sects and sub-sects , divisions in Hindu society are not receiving any religious education. In the prevailing conditions the mission of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in creating religious awareness is praiseworthy and so is their demand for starting religious education classes.
2. Mr. Dharmendra Prajapati (Gudakila), student of Standard XII : Only today did I realise the greatness of the ‘Hindu religion’. Sometimes I would feel like changing my religion but now I am feeling extremely ashamed about that. I am grateful to you for coming here wasting your precious time to create awareness and to impart important religious education to us. From now on I too shall participate in your activities.
3. Mr. Prakshrao (Badaguda), Hindu protagonist : I shall create religious awareness in my villagers and also awareness about terrorist attacks and injustice inflicted on Hindus. I shall bring together all my friends and inspire them to protest  against denigration of the Hindu religion and Hindu Deities in our village. I am sure I will succeed in this mission.
