Mumbai: HJS reader was recently searching on google with word “KRISHNA”, in the ‘Image’ search option. He found horrible defamatory picture of Lord Krishna, by a tattoo making orrinhurley.com website. This tattoo will be placed on LEG. Description of this tattoo is ‘Krishna Snail’ and its artist is Orrin Hurley.

Appeal to Devout Hindus

1) Observe Sattvik Picture of Lord Krushna and defamatory tattoo of Lord Krushna. What do you feel about both pictures? Should not we Hindus protest against such horrible defamation of Lord Krishna?

2) Krushna was an absolute incarnation (purnavtar). Actually an absolute incarnation is not an incarnation but The Lord Himself; hence it possesses all the characteristics of The Lord. So how we Hindus can tolerate such horrible denigration of Lord Krushna?

Dear Sir/Mam,

I wish to draw your kind attention towards, a tattoo “Krishna snail” publicised/made by you.

Please note, as an active hindu, and from Hindu Dharm, i request you to please immediately remove the Tattoo product “krishna snail” reasons are :

Lord Krishna is our deity/god and , picture of lord krishna doesn’t looks like that depicted by you
The act of making tattoo of our hindu god itself is hurting soft sentiments towards our religion.
This is defamation of our Deity and we will not tolerate this.
Hindu God/Goddess/Deity is not for using as you like. They are highly respectable and cannot be presented in any other manner.

Please stop this defamation and sinful act.
