Name of Dr. Hedgewar deleted from the History Text-book

Jyeshtha Krushna Panchami

Could Sangh that is mum regarding the insult to Dr. Hedgewar, voice the atrocities on Hindus?

Demonsrations by Bajrang Dal!

Nagpur (Maharashtra): The names of the founder of Rashtriy Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar who was raising agitations remaining underground and the founder of Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Madanmohan Malviya are deleted from the History Text-book. Activists of Bajrang Dal started strong agitations opposing the said incidence in Nagpur, against Central and State governments.

There was a reference to Dr. Hedgewar and Shri.. Madanmohan Malaviya in the chapter ‘Unknown agitations in the Freedom Movement’ of last year’s Text-book, ‘Modern Bharatiya History’; but it is deleted this year.

RSS is just watching! Saying, there would not be no agitation!

RSS is of the opinion that though the names of Dr. Hedgewar and Madanmoan Malviya are deleted from the History book, it is not a part of the various problems before the country. Hence Sangh would not agitate to oppose it. (When a leader of RSS was murdered in Keral the Sangh did not agitate against Communist Party. So the Sangh does not feel anything about the insult meted out to Dr. Hedgewar. This shows how Sangh is losing pride day by day. No one need surprise if Sangh is least bothered about the atrocities on Hindus thinking that it was not burning issue. Sangh should declare once as to which issues were fiery and which were not fiery for it! – Editor SP)
