Warakaris attention is drawn by boards displayed about malpractices of Shri Vitthal-Rukmini Temple Committee !

Pandharpur (Dist.Solapur, Maharashtra) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has taken aggressive stand by exposing scams of temple Committee when ‘Ashadhi waari’ is going on. HJS has placed an account of malpractices committed by the Temple Committee before Warakaris through display of boards. Let it be the issue of cows donated by devotees to Lord Vitthal, sold to butchers or scam of 1250 acres of land donated to the Temple; besides scam of keeping record of ornaments donated by devotees. This has created rage amongst Warakaris towards Temple Committee. In all 8 boards have been displayed at various places like Savarkar Chowk, Pashchim Dwar, Chauphala; Kalikadevi Mandir; Mahadwar Police Chowky, Kala Maruti etc. Efforts are made to create awareness towards such scams even through handbills distributed amongst ‘Maharaj’, ‘Phadakaris’ and Warakaris.
