Why help is required for victims in Assam violence?

As you know, in the last week of December 2014, terrorists from National Democratic Front of Bodoland attacked Tribals in the four districts of Assam. As per news reports, Around 2.9 lakh people have been living in relief camps in four districts of Assam following serial attacks by NDFB(S) militants.

Many organisations are trying to reach out troubled people in Assam by providing food, shelter and required clothes.

How you can help victims of Assam violence?

We urge to donate to Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for the noble cause of relief work at Assam. Interested patrons can give us donations as per following details :

1. Please note that the cheque / demand draft (DD) will be drawn in the name of ‘Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’.

2. Donations are accepted only from India.

3. All donations to ‘Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’ are exempted under Section 80G of The Income Tax Act 1961.
