Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Nipani for various demands

Nipani : Demonstrations were staged under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ on 20th March at Belgaum Naka, Nipani for various demands such as bringing transparency in election process for preventing deterioration of democracy; passing of an Act by Union Government immediately banning conversions of Hindus taking place by offering baits, money or by force; taking stringent action against maulana Dehalavi for creating communal and religious hatred; withdrawal of decision by Karnataka Government to  give scholarship of Rs. 25,000/- per month to students from minority communities for higher studies like ‘Ph D’, ‘M Phil’ etc.

About 40 people participated in the demonstrations including Shri. Pranav Manavi, Chief Executive President of BJP, Shri. Chavan, Shri. Raju Koparde, Shri. Ajay Patil, Shri. Amol Sankpal of Shriram Sena, devout Hindus viz. Shri. Shantinath Kasar, Shri. Sanjay Pangeri, Shri. Charudatta Pavale; Shri. Kiran Duse and Shri. Anil Budake of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Representation was submitted to Tehasildar N B Gejji after the demonstrations.

Highlights 

1. Police in large numbers were deployed at the venue of demonstrations. (All activities undertaken by HJS are lawful; therefore, police should use their energy for investigation of crimes ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

2. During demonstrations, ‘ICB News Channel’ interviewed Shri. Kiran Duse; thus, the issue was spread to even areas like Chikkodi, Sankeshwar, Nipani and Hukkeri etc.
