Thane: HJS organises ‘Hindu Unity Meet’

‘Dharmashikshan’ class should be started in every village for people to know the importance of their Dharma – H. B. P. Shivaji Maharaj Phavade

Bhiwandi (Dist. Thane, Maharashtra): Hindu Dharma is the only true Dharma. The significance of the Dharma should be known to everyone and for this, everyone should try to understand Dharma, stated H.B.P Shivaji Maharaj Phavade in ‘Hindu – unity meet’ organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti HJS at Devrung which was attended by about 75 devout Hindus. The meeting was also addressed by Mr. Ajay Sambhus of HJS and Mrs. Manisha Kshirsagar of ‘Ranaragini’.

H.B.P. Shivaji Maharaj Phavade said further, “Everything about Dharma has been explained in ‘Bhagavat Geeta’. In the forthcoming period of crisis, all Hindus must unite for survival as one cannot eat with just one finger; for that all five fingers have to be brought together. It is the duty of every Hindu to participate in the activities of HJS.”

Mrs. Manisha Kshirsagar said, “The Queen of Jhansi gave the British a very hard time; but todays’s woman has been tolerating each and every oppression, like a helpless person. Muslims have started a new repression of women called ‘love jihad’. Many Hindu girls are falling prey to their ploy. Hindu women should, therefore, get trained in ‘Dharmashikshan’  and self-defence.” Mr. Ajay Sambhus said that everybody needs to develop respect and love for their country and Dharma for which all should join ‘Dharmashikshan’ classes.

Mr. Mahadev Samant explained the activities of HJS after lighting of lamp. A VCD on the present condition of Hindu Dharma was shown in the program. The program concluded with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’. The program was attended by Sarpanch of Devrung, Mr. Shyam Dalvi, Mr. Eknath Dalvi and Mr. Ananta Gode etc. Later, two ‘Dharmashikshan’ classes have been started in this village.
