‘Mahila Shaurya Jagaran’ program held at Niphad (Nashik)

Niphad (Dist. Nashik) : Ranaragini Division held a program at Lalpadi in the district for awakening ‘Kshatra-Tej’ amongst women. The program known as ‘Mahila Shaurya Jagaran’ was attended by about 60 girls and women. The program was started with lighting of lamp by Dy. Sarpanch Sou. Shakuntala Sanap. It was compeered by Smt. Vaishali Katkade; whereas Kum. Monica Gawade addressed the participants. A video film was shown on the occasion for the participants to realize the seriousness of love jihad problem. Few demonstrations on self-defence were also presented.

Highlights : Local young men and women took initiative in advertising about this program and in making preparations.
