Demand to cancel proposed anti-superstitions Bill in Karnataka !

Udupi (Karnataka) : On 27th November, demonstrations were staged under ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ at Udupi by various organizations like Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), Shriram Sena, Sanatan Sanstha, Mata Amrutanand etc.

The following demands were made during the demonstrations.

1. Bring back Dr. Zakir Naik to India; take action against him and impose ban on his ‘Peace Schools’ in India.

2. Appoint Central Bureau of Investigations to investigate murder cases of pro-Hindu leaders in the States of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. (Why people have to make such demands ? Why the Government does not realize the need ? – Editor, Hindujagruti)

3. Cancel the Bill on anti-Superstitions Act proposed to be passed by the State Government of Karnataka.

Shri. Vijaykumar of HJS has lodged a complaint demanding action against Dr. Zakir Naik for disturbing communal harmony by bringing him to India. Shri. Mohan Bhat, the President of Shriram Sena for Udupi expressed regret over killings of pro-Hindu leaders. Shri. Jairam Habbikallu, the spokesperson of Shriram Sena said that his organization was also against passing of anti-superstitions Act. Shri. Gopalkrushna Mallya of HJS addressed the demonstrators. 68 devout Hindus participated in the demonstrations.
