HJS submits a representation to Tehsildar at Roha against Anti-Hindu NCERT textbooks

Issue of NCERT’s insulting treatment to Chhatrapati Shivaraya

Roha (Maharashtra): In the text book for 7th standard ‘Hamare Atit – 2’ devised by NCERT, the Central Government institution,  history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has been given in only 6 lines whereas 60 pages have been devoted for the history of Mughal invaders glorifying their regime along with the pictures of Mughal attack. A representation was recently submitted against NCERT to the Tehsildar of Roha. Shri. Nitin Mujumale,  Dy. Tehsildar received the representation in the absence of Tehsildar Vikas Patil. Shri. Mujumale assured the HJS members to convey the sentiments of the people to the Government.

Mr. Amit Ukade, the city-president of Shiv Sena, Mr. Milind Joshi, the BJP city – president, Mr. Makarand Govilkar of Sphurti Pratishthan, Mr. Yogesh Tendulkar of MNS, Mr. Mandar Bhave of RSS, Mr. Vinayak Patil, secretary for Roha Taluka, Mr. Jayprakash Bhanak, Mr. Kale Guruji, Mr. Vikas Phatak, Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram’s Taluka President, Mr. Bapu Raokar and Mr. Nagraj Gauda of HJS, Mr. Nana Vartak of Sanatan Sanstha etc. were present on the occasion.
