Volunteers of Ranaragini Shakha in the procession of Ganesh idol immersion

Solapur : Volunteers of HJS’s Ranaragini branch participated in the Ganesh idol immersion procession of highly honored Ajoba Ganesh Mandal. Apart from wearing Navari saree (9-yard saree) and turban, they were holding sticks as also banners depicting atrocities on women and creating self confidence among women. Ranaraginis were special attraction of the procession and curious noted down contact number on the flex. The curious also responded to the slogans raised by Ranaraginis. In order to retaliate against atrocities on women, a message through Ranaragini branch was given for unity among women.

Highlights

1. Many people were taking photographs of the procession initiated by Ranaragini branch.

2. One lady Constable very much appreciated the traditional dress put on by Ranaraginis.

3. The curious in the society were automatically attracted by the slogans spontaneously given by Ranaraginis
