Denigration of Lord Ganesh in food festival stopped

Nagpur: A ‘Corn Festival’ was organized by Shri. Vishnu Manohar, a well-known chef from Nagpur on behalf of Saraswati Multi Educational Institute at the Institute of Engineers on North Ambazari Road. In this festival, a Ganesh idol was prepared from corn and kept at the entrance of the venue. The news about this festival was published along with the photograph of Lord Ganesh made of corn in the Hindi newspaper ‘Dainik Nav-Bharat’ on 5th September.

Sanatan Sanstha’s seekers met Shri. Manohar in this context and asked for explanation when he rendered his apologies. Shri. Manohar accepted his mistake. He assured to immerse the idol and not to commit such mistake in future.
