Thane : Many cases have been filed against Dr. Zakir Naik, the founder of ‘Islamic Research Foundation’ for making controversial statements against Hindus’ Deities. Owing to his promoting terrorist activities, Dr. Zakir Naik has been banned entry by England, Malaysia and Canada. It has been now said that even terrorists killing innocent citizens at Dhaka were motivated by Dr. Zakir Naik’s speeches. Demand is being made for taking action against his ‘Peace’ TV channel operated in unauthorized manner. Pro-Hindu organizations have been demanding arrest of Dr. Zakir Naik since last 4 years. Had the Government taken note of their demand in time, above things might have been avoided, stated Dr. Upendra Dahake, city Vice President of BJP for Kalyan during ‘Rashriya Hindu Andolan’ held at Thane. On 9th July, demonstrations were staged under aegis of RHA between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. near Thane Railway station. Activists of ‘Hindu Rashtra Jagaran Samiti’, ‘Shivapratishthan Hindustan’, ‘Hindu Rashtra Sena’, ‘Swarajya Hindu Sena’, BJP, Bajarang Dal, ‘Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti’, Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti etc. joined the demonstrations. There were more than 70 ‘Hindutvavadis’ participating in demonstrations. There was lot of police staff deployed at the venue.

Take action in time, against Owaisi and Dr. Zakir Naik who are promoting terrorism; else this country will be divided ! – Sushil Tiwari, Swarajya Hindu Sena

Dr. Zakir Naik and Owaisi are trying to harm the unity and integrity of this country. If BJP Government doesn’t take timely action against them, this country would soon be divided. The Government should take prompt action against them so that others would not dare to support such activities.

It is unfortunate that we have to stage demonstrations for our demand of Dr. Zakir Naik’s arrest ! – Motiram Gondhali, Hindu Rashtra Jagaran Samiti

When incidents of terrorists’ attacks are increasing in this country, it is really unfortunate that we have to demand arrest of persons like Zakir Naik. Why is BJP Government, which claims to be pro-Hindu, so indifferent ?

Take firm stand to stop harassment of patriotic Sanatan Sanstha ! – HJS

Dr. Zakir Naik, who is anti-national and supporting terrorist activities in this country, should be arrested immediately and action should be taken by the State Government against all cable operators showing transmission of ‘Peace’ TV channel in an unauthorized manner. Also, firm stand should be taken on stopping harassment of patriotic organization like Sanatan Sanstha. Although Sanatan Sanstha has not yet been proved guilty, few political parties, progressive organizations, so-called atheists’ organizations have been demanding ban on Sanatan Sanstha. Central Bureau of Investigation should conduct inquiry without falling prey to any pressurization, is the demand made by Shri. Sunil Kadam of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). In depth inquiry should be conducted into sources of income of Dr. Zakir Naik, demanded Sou. Dhanashree Kelashikar. Shri. Jagajit Singh of ‘Shriram Seva Sangh’ was also present on the occasion.
