Shri. P.N. Oak

Pune – Shri. P.N. Oak, a senior historian who painstakingly researched and proved to the world with evidence that ‘All Islamic structures in India originally belonged to Hindus’ passed away at 3.30 am on 4^th December at his Pune residence due to old age. He was 90 years old. His family comprises of his wife, a son, two daughters and grandchildren.

Shri. P.N. Oak was born in the year 1917. He served the military forces for some years. He dedicated his entire life for his goal of researching India’s true history. His literary works, which have stemmed from his research, are a valuable token for Hindutva. His famous literary works include ‘Moglaicha Udayaast’ and ‘Taj Mahal navhe Tejomahalay’. (Taj Mahal no Tejomahalay)

Expressing sorrow over the sad demise of Shri. P. N. Oak, Dr. Durgesh Samant, National Spokesperson of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said, “A sage who made Bharat realise its true history has disappeared. His demise has caused irreparable loss and a vacuum in the field of history research.”

The story of the Taj Mahal that most of us have known about may not be the real truth. Herein Mr. P. N. Oak presents an interesting set of proofs that show a completely different story. Contrary to what visitors are made to believe the Tajmahal is not a Islamic mausoleum but an ancient Shiva Temple known as Tejo Mahalaya which the 5th generation Moghul emperor Shahjahan commandeered from the then Maharaja of Jaipur. The Taj Mahal, should therefore, be viewed as a temple palace and not as a tomb. That makes a vast difference. You miss the details of its size, grandeur, majesty and beauty when you take it to be a mere tomb. When told that you are visiting a temple palace you wont fail to notice its annexes, ruined defensive walls, hillocks, moats, cascades, fountains, majestic garden, hundreds of rooms archaded verendahs, terraces, multi stored towers, secret sealed chambers, guest rooms, stables, the trident (Trishul) pinnacle on the dome and the sacred, esoteric Hindu letter "OM" carved on the exterior of the wall of the sanctum sanctorum now occupied by the cenotaphs. Tributes to Shri P.N Oak by respectable Hindutvavadis

Shri P.N. Oak’s demise is a great loss to the world of history. The homage paid to him by some prominent Hindutvavadis in "Dainik Sanatan Prabhat" is as follows:

Shivshahir Babasaheb Purandare: Shri P.N. Oak’s demise is a great loss to the field of historical research. A true student of history is lost to us. Present day historians will have to study his painstakingly researched works. He has expressed firm convictions through his works, which cannot be ignored. His contribution towards historical research is invaluable.

Shri. Shrirang Aravind Godbole, Hindutvavadi Thinker: With the passing away of Shri P.N. Oak, a historian with a different perspective is lost. Even though he was made fun of during his times for his perspective, he remained firm on his researches. Today, his convictions have found acceptance among even his staunch opposers. To carry forward his research about ‘All Islamic structures in India originally belonged to Hindus’ would be paying true homage to him. 

Dr. Vijay Bedekar, Historical researcher: Shri P.N. Oak’s contribution to the writing of the history of Bhaarat is substantial. Many may not agree to his views, but his articles about the distortion of the history of Bhaarat are thought provoking. He has done some basic research about the Taj Mahal. His passing away is a sorrowful event.

G. C. Asnani, Climate scientist: Felt sad about losing a close friend, about losing my friend Shri P.N. Oak, who did in depth research in history on the basis of Sanatan Dharma and Vedic Dharma till the end of his life. He visited my residence 2 months ago and we had a discussion about his works. He is the first person to prove that Taj Mahal was not built by Shahjahan.
