Ovewhelming response to the ‘Ramsetu Shila rath yatra’

Satara (Maharashtra): The Tamilnadu Government and the Center wants to break the Icons of Faith of the Hindus by destroying the Ramsetu. H.H. Azad Maharaj Gujjar warned that, making a passage for foreign ships under the pressure from America, is disregarding and disrespecting the 80 Crore Hindus of Hindustan; and this shall never be tolerated. There was an overwhelming response to the ‘Ramsetu Shila Rath Yatra’ from the devotees here.

Hindus and Rama devotees were taking darshan of the Ramshila in the recently started yatra with great spiritual emotion. Devottees were gathering in large numbers to take darshan of the shila that floated on water and made holy by the touch of Lord Rama’s Feet. On Sunday the rath proceeded from Povai Naka to Shirke Vidyalay in a procession led by Drums and cymbals. Young and old were fascinated by the procession of Hindus sporting Tilak on their Forehead carrying saffron flags.

On this occasion Vishwa Hindu Parishads Pradesh Minister Shri. Babuji Natekar said, an alternative passage for transportation can be created without destroying the Ramsetu; but the Foreignors have an eye on the Thorium Deposits. This Thorium can be used for making electricity; but there is no necessity to destroy the Setu for this. It was because of the Setu that Keral did not suffer from the Tsunami. He warned that the government should withdraw its Anti Hindu Conspiracy else the VHP would mount a Nationwide agitation against it. Yesterday this yatra came from Arphal, Asgaon, Kusavde and Chinchini today it is passing through Pachwad, Bavdhan, Vai, and tomorrow it shall proceed through Vaygaon, Pasarni, Shendurjane, Kenjal.
