Agitation to impose a ban on ANS

Solapur (Maharashtra): A training camp was conducted at Ambajogai on behalf of District Education – Training Institute. In this camp, a program on ‘Awareness towards Science’ was held by ANS in which members of ANS had criticized Hindu Dharma, Holy Scriptures and saints stooping to a very low level. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and other Sampradayas and Hindu Organizations staged demonstrations in front of the office of the District Collector. More than 150 people participated in the demonstrations in which women outnumbered men.
       
The district collector has never been present to accept representations so far     submitted by HJS on various occasions and topics. Although he was advised 4 days in advance, he managed to remain absent. All organizations have shown their displeasure over the same.
