Punjab Shiv Sena intercept 22 cows on way to J and K

Amritsar: Shiv Sena (Bal Thackare) Vice President Punjab Baldev Bhardwaj with the help of volunteers on Tuesday seized twenty-two cows when they were being smuggled from Punjab to Jammu and Kashmir for slaughtering.

Bhardwaj said that truck loaded with twenty-two cows was seized at village Naag Kalan when it was on the way to Baramulah for slaughtering.

The truck of cows was handed over to the DIG Border Range R.L. Bhagat who further ordered the S.P. Headquarter Dilbagh Singh for registration of criminal case against the alleged seven accused who were in the truck.
