As part of a postgraduate course in world religions the Muslim college in London allows Hinduism to be presented on its premises. It is a marvellous example of how very innovative ideas are being tried out on the London scene. The positive response such sessions create is visible in the faces of the Muslim students.

The sessions consist of academic study of Hinduism that dispel serious misconceptions about Hinduism and introduction of the more dynamic teachings of Hinduism like religious pluralism and spiritual humanism that offer the best prescription of how people of different religions (or no-religion) can co-exist in a spirit of harmony. Focused academic study of world religions like this is one of the best ways of promoting community cohesion.
