Speaking at a three-day workshop organised by the Hindu Rashtra Samnvay Samiti in Goa

Ponda, Goa – A three-day workshop was organised at the Sanatan Ashram in Goa for the convenors of the Hindu Rashtra Samnvay Samiti. At this event, Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, a Supreme Court lawyer, emphasised the need for a well-organised legal group of pro-Hindu lawyers to fight legal battles on behalf of Hindu interests.
Advocate Jain stated that although the Supreme Court’s decision in the Shri Ram Temple case was significant, legal disputes continue in other matters, such as the Gyanvapi, Sambhal, and Adinath temple cases. He noted that a single lawyer can’t handle all these cases simultaneously, and that a coordinated effort by like-minded legal professionals is therefore the need of the hour to pursue them effectively.
The Hindu Rashtra Samnvay Samiti was formed during the All-India Hindu Convention to unite Hindu organisations across the country. In the past two years, the Samiti has organised protests in around 20 districts across eight states, and now more than 400 pro-Hindu groups are working together with the aim of establishing a Hindu Rashtra.
At the Goa event, along with Advocate Jain, Advocate Amita Sachdeva from Delhi, and Samiti leaders Sunil Ghanwat and Vaibhav Afale addressed the participants. During the speeches, Advocate Jain and Advocate Sachdeva shared their experiences and challenges in the work related to national defence and Hindu awareness, urging continued and coordinated efforts.
Advocate Sachdeva also remarked that although the Supreme Court has instructed police to act against hate speech, in practice, law enforcement seems to be targeting only Hindus. She stressed the need for planned and sustained action against ongoing attacks on Hindus.
