Call for strengthening Hindu Dharma at Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Sabha in Kudal

Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Sabha organised by HJS at Tulsuli (Taluka Kudal)

Advocate Kaveri Rane addressing the Sabha

Kudal (Sindhudurg) – The mission of establishment of a Hindu Rashtra is a divine struggle between good and evil, between Dharma and adharma. Those who participate in this mission will inevitably attain spiritual and moral well-being. Inspired by this belief, citizens should resolve to dedicate at least one hour of their time towards the cause of establishing a Hindu Rashtra. Hindu Dharma assures the protection of all living beings. However, attacks on Hindus are taking place in several regions, including Bangladesh. The primary reason for these attacks is that Hindus have distanced themselves from Dharma. Until a Hindu Rashtra is established, this distressing situation is unlikely to change. These views were expressed by Advocate Kaveri Rane while addressing the Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Sabha organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on 11 January at the auditorium of Lingeshwar Vidyalaya in Tulsuli village of Kudal.

The Sabha began with Sanatan Sanstha’s Dharmapracharak Sadguru Satyavan Kadam, paying floral tribute to the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Advocate Mrs. Rane further stated that the teachings of Hindu Dharma are inherently noble. A religion that emphasises consideration for others cannot be one that perpetrates injustice. Dharma is the soul of a nation; a nation devoid of Dharma inevitably declines and soon faces degeneration. Today, Hindu Dharma confronts challenges such as love jihad, land jihad, religious conversions, and cultural jihad. To empower Hindus to face these challenges, education about Dharma is essential. Unfortunately, temples—meant to be centres of spiritual learning—are increasingly coming under government control, and many have been closed due to disputes fuelled by personal ego clashes. This situation must not be allowed to continue. While people from abroad come to Bharat to learn about Hindu Dharma, many Bharatiyas are instead adopting practices that even Western societies have abandoned, reflecting our failure to recognise the value of our own culture.”

1. Following the meeting, a group discussion was conducted in the presence of Sadguru Satyavan Kadam, with enthusiastic participation from devout local Hindus. Several suggestions were put forward, including organising Dharma-awareness classes for villagers, initiating training programmes for local boys and girls, and introducing education about Dharma in schools, to ensure awareness among future generations.. The attendees expressed their commitment to extend full cooperation and showed readiness to meet once or twice a month to plan and carry out Dharma-related activities.

2. The Sabha received valuable support from the trustees and servitors of Lingeshwar Devasthan, as well as from the management committee of Lingeshwar High School.

3. The sound system and refreshments for the event were generously provided free of charge by Shri. Bandya Warang.

4. The Sabha was attended by over 125 Hindus.
