Essential to introduce youth to Sanatan Dharma’s scientific and practical aspects : Anand Jakhotia, HJS

Address delivered at the Maharashtrian community’s Dipavali Milan programme in Kota, Rajasthan

Kota (Rajasthan): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti addressed the Maharashtrian community’s Dipavali Milan programme in Kota. Speaking on the topic ‘Sanatan Lifestyle: The solution for a stressful world,’ Shri. Anand Jakhotia, HJS Co-ordinator for Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, stated that introducing the younger generation to the scientific basis, practicality, and relevance of Sanatan Dharma can help restore Dharma in society. Dharma is not limited to rituals; it teaches what responsibilities one has towards God, sages, ancestors, and society. Our forefathers performed these duties diligently; however, today, society is beginning to forget these values. Rising selfishness and stress are among the reasons Dharma is gradually disappearing from our lives.

This program was held at the Punashlok Ahilyabai Holkar Auditorium, where Mr. Vishal Upadhyay addressed the audience and explained its purpose. Present on the occasion were Mr. Anil Khandekar, President of the Maharashtrian community; Secretary Ms. Bhavana Kale; Trustees Mr. Satish Lele and Mr. Harish Khandekar. The event was hosted by Mr. Amol Chavrekar.

HJS also organised an exhibition of books and sattvik products at the venue, which received an enthusiastic response from visitors, further showcasing the organisation’s efforts to promote Sanatan Dharma in practical and accessible ways.
