Devout Hindu Mr Prem Kaidi had organised a meeting between Sadguru Dr Pingale and Mr Mahendra Jungsa (President of Vishwa Hindu Yuva Vidyarthi Sangathan) and members of the Sangathan. Sadguru Dr Pingale, while guiding them said, “Serving the mission requires the involvement of mind, intellect and knowledge. One should thoroughly study objections and rebuttals. Only those youth who have the knowledge will be ready to involve themselves in the struggle. Hindus do not study religion and science. Our tradition does not look at Hindu-Muslim divides, but only differentiates between Dharma and Adharma. Ravana was a Brahmin, Kamsa was a Kshatriya and Ashwatthama was an ascetic, yet they perished because they sided with Adharma. This shows that one can be the greatest scholar of the Vedas, but if that person sides with Adharma, then punishment/destruction is certain!”
