Anti-Hindu decision of Kedarlinga Devsthan Committee !

Kolhapur : Kedarlinga Devsthan Committee has decided to impose ban on distribution of ‘prasad’ in Jyotiba Mandir area at Shri-Kshetra Jyotiba. Kodoli police station and Devsthan Committee have made an appeal to devotees to distribute ‘prasad’ near Central Plaza and outside temple area. (Hindus should realize the adverse effects of takeover of temples bu Govt ! As anti-Hindu rulers are in power today, such decisions are taken in case of temples taken over by the Government. Will the rulers allow ban on distribution of ‘malida’ in areas of durgahs in this manner ? And had such decision been taken, how the fanatics would have reacted is very well known to the Government; but does the Government want that Hindus should also react in such loud manner ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat )

Devsthan Committee has given explanation as,

1. Considering the increasing number of devotees in this temple, the existing place is inadequate and problems are created at the time of distribution of ‘prasad’. (Solution to this problem is not ban on distribution but proper planning. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

2. On Sundays and on the day of ‘Pournima’, i.e. the days of Fair, devotees make use of gas cylinders to prepare ‘prasad’ which can be dangerous for the temple. (After the mishap at Mandhardevi fair, the Government is giving excuse of gas cylinder for imposing ban at every fair. Fanatics slaughter poultry animals outside durgah in Vishalgad area; but the Government has never raised any objection for the same ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

3. During distribution of ‘prasad’, devotees throw trash in temple area; therefore, whole temple area becomes dirty and temple management is stressed to maintain cleanliness. (It is necessary to clean temples so that ‘sattvikata’ is preserved; therefore, separate place can be allocated for preparation of ‘prasad’; but does Devsthan Committee want to stop the practice of distribution of ‘prasad’ by Hindus and so taking such decision ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
