YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy's visit to Tirumala on Sunday sparked a controversy as he entered the temple premises with chappals. Even hundreds of his followers forcibly entered the temple without proper authorisation. They failed to produce identity proof which is mandatory for the darshan.

As per the norms, Devotees belonging to other religions have to sign the declaration form. However, The TTD Board hasn't made Jagan follow these rules and also kept the queues vacant ahead of his arrival.
