Sonali Kulkarni’s new filmy "Role" in the Andhrashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti !

Sonali Kulkarni has entered into a new Role! No, Its not another of her films, this time the actress was seen in the"Vidnyan Bodh Vahini" programme of the ANS(Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti). She was present as a guest speaker and spoke about eradication of Superstition. In a very filmy yet comical speech, she jokingly remarked, "If Lord Ganesha could drink milk, then why did he not drink up flood waters on 26th July 2005 to save Mumbai ? We must all leave aside such superstitions and accept wholeheartedly the scientific and rationalist thoughts. Only then can we be said to live in a true scientific age. Unfortunately we still keep ourselves bound to superstitions like chanting Raamnaam, undertaking Vrat and reading holy books".

And why not ? If Shah Rukh Khan can become the Editor of Times of India, then Sonali Kulkarni has full right to become a guest speaker on Science and Superstition ! After all she has the stamp of bollywood on her head ! Being graced by the underworld, anything and everything is possible for a Bollywood Superstar.

* Kulkarni had worn a dress having the Holy Hindu Symbol "Omkar" on it which is an insult to Hindu Spirituality.
* The Rotary club donated one car to ANS

The Dharmic perspective
Lord Ganesha always protects his true devotee. The floods of 26th July 2006 were caused due to Lord Ganesha’s wish. Natural calamities are often a result of the imbalance caused due to spread of Adharma in the society. In such Natural disasters Lord Ganesha has always protected his true devotee. To know this, one requires faith and devotion. This has to be experienced and not understood by the intellect.
