Varanasi : Hindus demand protection to devout Hindu MLA T Raja Singh

Varanasi (UP) : T Raja Singh, a devout Hindu MLA of Telangana Assembly, Goshamahal Constituency was arrested on allegations of having hurt the sentiments of a particular community. He has been arrested under various sections, whereby he would have to languish in jail at least for a year. This is a conspiracy against him. He is receiving death-threats from Muslim fanatics. Hence a petition demanding armed protection for him was submitted to the City Magistrate Surendra Bahadur Singh of Varanasi by a delegation of devout Hindus led by HJS. The City Magistrate has assured that the said petition would be forwarded for appropriate action.
