Thane : ‘Halal certification’ is not limited to non-vegetarian products but has now entered almost every sector. From ‘Halal Cosmetics’ to ‘Halal Tulsi Extract’, ‘Halal Township’, as well as ‘Halal Tourism’, the list is growing. Islamic organizations are becoming financially empowered through the ‘Halal’ system. Therefore, Hindus should not be under the illusion that ‘Halal’ is only a certificate. Hindus should be awakened on a large scale. A large-scale organized movement is required to end this economic jihad asserted Mr Ramesh Shinde, the National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. He was speaking in a programme organized on behalf of the Bhiwandi Traders Friends Association of the market area here. The attending businessmen and Hindus decided to unitedly fight against ‘Halal certificate’ imposition.

Bhiwandi Market Traders Friends Association President Mr Ravindra Alshi and Bhiwandi President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Mr Devraj Raka felicitated Mr Ramesh Shinde. Many businessmen and traders attended this lecture.
