Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : There are certain diseases whose root causes or treatment has not been identified by modern sciences; but Ayurveda says that actions or distresses of the previous births may be the cause for those diseases. Therefore complementing treatment with spiritual practice is essential to cure such patients, explained Sadguru Charudatta Pingale, National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). Sadguru Dr Pingale said, there is no age limit to commence spiritual practice or live a spiritual life. The minute one learns about spiritual practice, one should start practicing it immediately. Today’s youth face a very challenging period from being a student to getting settled in life. If they practice spirituality in life, they will be ready to face any situation in life very efficiently. Presently we can understand the effect of chanting, sadhana, etc. on human beings using modern scientific instruments. Many countries and Universities are accepting Sanskrit and Spirituality. Therefore along with changing our life with spiritual practice we can assist patients also.
