Husain’s paintings still available for Sale

When one of the members of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti contacted the above website, he found out that Husain’s paintings are still available for Sale. He has also managed to get an official copy of the booklet in which Husain’s paintings have been displayed as available for sale at an average price of US $ 500 (Rs 25000) each. The entire set of Paintings which comprises of episodes clearly titled, Mahabharat, Hanuman and Mother Teresa can be purchased for US $ 3000.

The cover has a painting of naked Hanuman mentioned as a "red demon"(??!!). The paintings on the Mahabharat episode show nude women in water as the holy rivers Ganga and Yamuna. Lord Hanuman’s head in front of naked Ravana, naked Hanuman on mountain, A headless Hanuman with a burning tail are some of the other Ghoulish paintings.

Not suprisingly, Mother Teresa has been shown fully clothed by the Hindu hater pervert!

The Cyber Crime Cell, another White Elephant !

Hindu Janjagruti Samiti had lodged a written complaint against the Website selling these paintings on 16th December 2005, and even after more than a month has passed the paintings are still available for Sale.

This means the Government has added one more White Elephant to its cavalry, the Cyber Crime Cell!

In fact Mr. R.R. Patil the "hon." Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra State had recently remarked in a press conference that no such paintings are available for Sale anywhere in the world !
