Our struggle will continue till Gyanvapi is free of encroachment – Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

“Mr Mohanji Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has recently opined on the Gyanvapi Mosque. We hold Mohanji in high esteem, but we feel that on this issue this is his personal view. Since times immemorial, Kashi (Varanasi) has been considered a Mokshanagari. In the Hindu Scriptures too, it has been described so. The Hindu character is incomplete without it. Considering the barbaric actions of the cruel and savage Aurangzeb on this Holy land, now it is imperative to free Hindu Temples.

The Hindus believe that it is their primary duty to liberate their Avimukteshwar which is within the Gyanvapi premises, and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti too believes this. With great restraint and patience, Hindu Society has got back the Shriram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. Judicial measures for freeing Gyanvapi are progressing. So, our struggle will continue till Gyanvapi is free of encroachment”, stated Mr Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

Mr Ramesh Shinde added that leaders and organisations may have different opinions on many subjects. Respecting the difference in opinions is our culture. Hence, such differences should not be construed as arguments or factions. There can be differences in opinion among the members of an organization, just as there can be differences among 100 crore Hindus.

All facts about the Gyanvapi Mosque are in the Court. Hindus believe that they are enough to prove that Gyanvapi is actually a Hindu temple. Not just in the ancient times, but even recently the cruelty and barbaric mentality of the Muslims can be seen in the destruction of the ‘Bamiyan Buddha’ in Afghanistan and Turkey’s ‘Hagia Sophia Church’. Considering this, it is highly unlikely that the Muslims will hand over Hindu temple lands (which are in Muslim custody) to maintain harmony and friendly relations between the two. So, the Hindus will have to pursue their mission through activism and within the judicial process. Hindu Society has begun preparing for this.
