Mumbai : On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Swatantryaveer Savarkar (May 21), tributes were offered to Savarkar by volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha at ‘Swatantryaveer Savarkar National Memorial’ in Dadar. Veer Savarkar’s statue was garlanded. Seekers of Sanatan and activists of the Samiti hailed Swatantryaveer Savarkar and chanted ‘Jayatu Jayatu Hindurashtram’. Shri. Prasad Mankar and Shri. Satish Sonar of the HJS, Mrs. Sharmila Bangar of Sanatan Sanstha, as well as Shri. Prashant Lingayat and Shri. Viraj Dapke were present.
