New Delhi : ‘Hind Samrajya Party (HSP)’ has been founded with H. H. Harishankar Jain, a senior Adv. from the Supreme Court as its President, to establish Hindu Rashtra. An official announcement was made to this effect by H. H. (Adv.) Harishnakar Jain during a press conference held at the Press Club. HSP’s Founder- President Adv. Ranjana Agnihotri, Mr Jitendrasinh Bisen, its secretary and national convenor and Mr Subesinh Yadav, its national joint Convenor were present on the occasion.

Policies and goals of HSP

1.HSP has been set up for establishing the Hindu Rashtra based on Sanatan Hindu Dharma in this sacred land of India and to snap 800 years old chains of slavery. The party’s goal is also to make amends in the social, economic, religious, educational and political system; to bring about a total change in the present condition of the nation through  Hindu brave men and women; besides to nurture cultural values followed in this nation.

2.It is our resolve to uphold  HSP as a party that is different from the other political parties. Strong patriotism will be generated amongst the people; borders of this country would be secure; the land lost to others would be retrieved and good relations will be maintained with other countries; preserving our self-respect at the international level and accepting our existence.

3. Today’s youth wants changes in the education field. He wants an education that would earn him a job and earn his livelihood. There is, therefore, a dire need to bring a complete transformation in the present system. This change will treat every tax-payer with respect. Ordinary citizens wouldn’t be ground under taxing policies and their money would be properly utilised.

4.This country needs a green revolution. The farmers should be given basic facilities such as free electricity, manures, water, medicines and houses.

5.There should not be exploitation of workers and labourers in any field. The party would fight for their rights so that they get a proper salary and pension.

6. Majority of Hindus are interested in reviving their cultural legacies. Temples, religious places and mutts demolished after 1992 would be re-built as is our goal. The majority population of Hindus should get justice. Priority will be given to repealing laws that are against Hindus’ interests.

7. We will have to struggle for doing justice to people till a new Constitution is not written for the establishment of Hindu Rashtra.

8. Our priority will be to stop all benefits given to religious minorities although it is ultra vires of the Constitution.

9. Steps will be taken to cancel Article 30 of the Constitution, the Wakf Council, Minority Ministry, Places of worship (special provisions) Act, 1991 etc.

10. Priority will also be given to free temples at Mathura. Kashi and Bhojshala (Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) as done at Shriram-janma-bhoomi.

11.Religious minorities cannot be given reservation as per the Constitution; therefore, religious minorities will be removed from the list of backward classes and only scheduled caste and tribes will get benefits of reservation.

12. Judicial system is becoming crippled. Poor people are deprived of justice. Changes will have to be made in policies related to appointments of judges, government Adv.s and judicial procedure, to make it impartial.

Join our mission and participate in this great bloodless revolution; help us to do social, economic, political justice to the people of this country and make the judicial system more public-oriented, is an appeal made by the party.

The purpose of the Hindu Rashtra will be the progress of Hindus! – H. H. (Adv.) Harishankar Jain

Those, who talk about Hindu Rashtra, will be with us. There will be elections but appointments of ministers will not be by supporting any parties. The governance on establishment of Hindu Rashtra will be for Hindus’ development. The main principle of ‘Hindutva’ will prevail. On forming a government, the ‘ghar-wapsi (re-converting converted Hindus)’ program will be started from Kerala. Political corruption will be eliminated, stated H. H. (Adv.) Harishankar Jain while speaking in the press conference.
