Is there any patriotic leader in any party who can make such appeal to Hindus ?

Shiv Sena Chief Balasaheb Thackeray

Mumbai : ‘Mr. Shinde, please take back your unabashed statement if you have slightest shame left in you; else, staunch, self-respecting and patriotic Hindus would not allow cricket matches with Pakistan anywhere in Hindustan. The above warning was given by Shiv Sena Chief, Mr. Balasaheb Thackeray from his bed despite his failing health. Earlier, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde had said, “Let us forget old things and play cricket matches with Pakistan”; to which Mr. Thackeray gave the above warning.

He said while making an appeal to Hindus, “I earnestly appeal to all staunch patriots not only from Maharashtra but from all over Hindustan that wherever matches with Pakistan would be arranged, they should be thwarted. Let us see what happens then !”

Shiv Sena Chief said further  –

1. Can we easily forget the blood-shed caused by Pakistani terrorists at Chhatrapati Shivaji Termius (CST)? The violent relations between Hindustan – Pakistan are known right from the day of partition.  How can one forget every blow struck by them on integrity of Hindustan? The blow of 26/11 is still fresh. Hundreds of helpless innocent citizens were killed at CST due to Kasab’s wild firing.

2. If terrorists had entered Parliament when Afzal had attacked, the colour of our flag would have beome green. Don’t you feel anything about it? Now,  Abu Jindal has been nabbed. His petition for mercy will also be accepted.

3. Will you be going to the stadium to watch matches between Hindustan and Pakistan ? Terrorist activities of Pakistan are continued on the land of Hindustan; in fact, they are increasing day by day. Instead of crushing them, matches are played with them. It is really a misfortune of this country that we have got such imprudent leaders.
