Businessmen motivated to take action towards ‘Halal’ certification

Presently, there is lot of air about products with ‘Halal’ certification. Patriotic citizens should however, be alert and try to strengthen Indian economy, was an appeal made by Shri. Manoj Khadye, Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for Gujarat State, Konkan and western Maharashtra region. A meeting was held at Raghavendra Swami Mutt at Brahmanpuri on 7th March which was attended by 25 people including Shri. Pundit (Tatya) Karade of ‘Vyapari Sena’, Shri. Nitin Bhoravat, Shri. Digambar Kore, businessmen and Shri. Ravi Shinde.

Highlights

1. Shiv Sena’s Shri. Madhavrao Gadgil immediately found products sold in his area with ‘Halal’ certification from 5 shops and explained the issue to those 5 shopkeepers asking them to boycott those products.

2. Shiv Sena’s Cultural-Front Chief and businessman Shri. Anand Rajput found out products in his shop with ‘Halal’ certification and sent them back to their distributors.

Palus

35 people attended the program held at Shri Chaudeshwari Mandir, including  Professor B. N. Pawar, advocate Chandu Falke, Shri. Akharam Shisal, Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’s Shri. Sudhir Shisal. Shri. Sachin Bhosale, ‘Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’s ‘Dharkari’ who attended the program at Palus although he had attended similar program at Miraj.

Highlights

20 ‘Dharkaris’ gathered for praying in the background of ‘Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Balidaan’ Month met Shri. Manoj Khadye after the prayers and listened to information given by him on ‘Halal’ certification after which they said that meeting on large scale would soon be organized by them for creating awareness.

It is observed that awareness is being created through meetings at both the above places and businessmen, traders and citizens are motivated to take action which is an indication of people’s increasing faith in HJS.
